Axie88 Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Member Should Know

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and Axie88 ("Axie88," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Axie88 website at axie88.best and all associated products, services, and platforms operated by Axie88.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on Axie88, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Axie88 platform.

Axie88 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of Axie88 after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Axie88, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains open:

• 2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age. Axie88 strictly prohibits use by anyone under this age threshold.
• 2.2 You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of placing any bet or accessing any real-money game.
• 2.3 You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of Axie88 or any of its affiliated companies.
• 2.4 You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement, either through Axie88 or through any other Philippine gaming platform.
• 2.5 You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• 2.6 Participation in real-money gaming must be legal in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to confirm this before registering.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Axie88 account only. Creating more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms.

• 3.1 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• 3.2 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Axie88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account details.
• 3.3 Axie88 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership.
• 3.4 If Axie88 discovers that you have registered more than one account, all duplicate accounts and any associated balances — including deposited funds and winnings — may be suspended or forfeited at Axie88's discretion.
• 3.5 Accounts found to have been registered with false information may be permanently closed. Axie88 will not be responsible for returning funds held in accounts closed under this clause.

4. Deposits and Payments

Axie88 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. All accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

• 4.1 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though Axie88 may apply transaction limits in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• 4.2 All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Axie88 may request confirmation of payment method ownership at any time.
• 4.3 Deposits are processed in real time for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers may take up to one banking day to reflect, depending on the sending institution.
• 4.4 Axie88 does not charge a deposit fee for any supported Philippine payment method. Any charges applied by your bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the member.
• 4.5 Deposited funds are held in a separate account from Axie88's operating funds to ensure player protection. Your balance at Axie88 represents a liability owed to you and is not commingled with company funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Axie88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and the Refer a Friend programme. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the individual promotion page, in addition to these general Terms.

• 5.1 Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The standard requirement is shown on each promotion page.
• 5.2 Bonus funds are used after real-money funds unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are credited as bonus funds until the wagering requirement is met.
• 5.3 Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless a promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with other offers.
• 5.4 Axie88 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after a member has partially fulfilled the requirements, Axie88 will honour the bonus on a pro-rata basis where reasonably practicable.
• 5.5 Members who attempt to abuse promotions — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account reviewed for permanent closure.
• 5.6 The Axie88 Refer a Friend programme pays ₱500 to both the referrer and the referred member once the referred member has registered, made a first deposit of at least ₱200, and placed a qualifying first bet. Referral rewards are subject to the same wagering requirements as other bonuses.

6. Betting Rules

Axie88 offers sports betting, live casino, Color Game, slots, and other gaming products. The following general rules apply to all real-money activity on the platform.

• 6.1 All bets are accepted at Axie88's absolute discretion. Axie88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without providing a reason.
• 6.2 Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the member except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available and activated before the relevant event or game reaches conclusion.
• 6.3 If a sporting event is postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, pre-event bets on that fixture will be voided and stakes returned to the member's balance.
• 6.4 In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are manifestly incorrect compared to the true market price — Axie88 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• 6.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market. These are displayed at the point of bet placement and vary by sport, event type, and market. Axie88 may impose individual bet limits on accounts at its discretion.
• 6.6 All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages, not guaranteed returns per session.
• 6.7 Live betting odds update continuously during events. By confirming a live bet, you accept the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Axie88 is not liable for connection issues that result in a bet being placed at an unintended price.

7. Withdrawals

• 7.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum single withdrawal, though Axie88 may apply daily limits in accordance with KYC status and payment method constraints.
• 7.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or payment method used for deposit wherever possible. This is required for anti-money laundering compliance.
• 7.3 GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take up to one banking day. Axie88 is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving institution.
• 7.4 Axie88 does not deduct a withdrawal fee for GCash, Maya, or local bank transfers. International transfers, if applicable, may incur a fee disclosed at the time of the request.
• 7.5 Axie88 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification. If verification documents are not provided within seven calendar days of request, Axie88 reserves the right to return the funds to the member's casino account.
• 7.6 Any balance that has been inactive — no real-money bets placed for 12 consecutive months — will be subject to a dormancy administration charge of ₱100 per calendar month until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Members will be notified by SMS before any charge is applied.

8. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Axie88. Any account found engaging in them will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

• 8.1 Fraud and Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks for deposits that were genuine and used for gambling purposes.
• 8.2 Money Laundering: Using Axie88 as a vehicle to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. Axie88 complies with Philippine AMLC reporting requirements.
• 8.3 Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any software to automate betting decisions or account activity without express written consent from Axie88.
• 8.4 Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live poker, live dealer games, or any competitive game format available on Axie88.
• 8.5 Arbitrage and Bonus Abuse: Systematically placing opposing bets across platforms, or exploiting promotion mechanics in ways not intended by Axie88, to achieve guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• 8.6 Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or operate your Axie88 account on your behalf, or operating an account that you know to belong to someone else.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

• 9.1 Axie88 may suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or the principles of responsible gaming.
• 9.2 If your account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance attributed to bonuses, referral rewards, or winnings derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds not implicated in the breach will be returned within 14 business days after investigation.
• 9.3 Members may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at support@axie88.best. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within two business days. Any remaining eligible balance will be paid out to your registered payment method.
• 9.4 If your account is subject to an ongoing investigation at the time of a closure request, closure may be delayed until the investigation concludes.

10. Responsible Gaming

Axie88 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling for all members. The following tools are available to every registered member free of charge.

• 10.1 Deposit Limits: You may set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your account. Increases to existing limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• 10.2 Session Time Reminders: You may configure reminders to alert you after a set period of continuous gaming activity.
• 10.3 Self-Exclusion: You may exclude yourself from Axie88 for a minimum of one week up to a permanent ban. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before they expire. During a self-exclusion period, Axie88 will refuse any deposit or bet request associated with your account.

11. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability

• 12.1 Axie88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failures outside Axie88's reasonable control.
• 12.2 Axie88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of the service.
• 12.3 In the event of a technical fault that results in an incorrect bet settlement, Axie88 will make commercially reasonable efforts to correct the error. The maximum liability of Axie88 in any single event is limited to the amount of the original stake placed.
• 12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits Axie88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter for which liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

• 13.1 Axie88 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• 14.2 If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using Axie88 and may request account closure and withdrawal of your balance before the amended Terms take effect.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

• 15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
• 15.2 Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally. Members should contact support@axie88.best with a written description of the dispute. Axie88 will respond within 10 business days.
• 15.3 If a dispute relates to a bet settlement or game outcome, Axie88's decision — made after a review of available evidence including server logs — shall be final and binding, except where a clear manifest error can be demonstrated.
